This one time, I was in a band called Low Fat Getting High, and we released a bunch of crazy loud post-punk noise tunes. In addition to playing guitar and screaming my balls off, I handled all of the art direction, illustration, and design. If you ever feel like your day job just isn't enough and want to get paid in beer---- you should start a band and see what happens.
Money Fire Records is an independent label based in Brooklyn, NY showcasing DIY punk, metal, and garage rock bands. I've been helping with the label since 2013 designing album artwork, logos, flyers, ads, and social media content. Working with the label gave me the opportunity to really defy most design conventions in favor of gritty personalization. One time we did a coloring contest. That was weird.
Feel free to go order a bunch of crazy vinyl HERE!!!

The Paul is a boutique hotel in Manhattan. Initially, they approached me about creating content for their social media channels before opening their doors in February 2015. Eventually, the project grew from simple text based graphics into more involved illustration and design projects for their website and print. Here is a selection of my work for their social media outlets.
The New York Comic Con is a great opportunity for New York hotels to keep their rooms occupied. So, The Paul approached me about designing a fun email campaign to help promote their hotel to Comic Con attendees in need of a place to rest and prep for the big convention.
Here is an assortment of show posters and band merch from over the years.
